Rosa Prawns with Tagliatelle pasta

Try this delicious, simple, seafood pasta meal for lunch or dinner.

  • 100 g Pasta Factory fresh Tagliatelle or any other shape you love
  • 100 g prawns shelled
  • 20 ml olive oil extra virgin is best
  • 1 g fresh red chilli, sliced optional
  • 110 ml Pasta Factory Italian Herb Sauce or you can make your own
  • 3 g lemon zest wash lemon before zesting
  • 5 g fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 3 ml lemon juice
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 1 each lemon wedge5
  • leaves coriander to garnish


  1. bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
  2. in the meantime, tap the prawns dry on kitchen paper and warm the olive oil slightly, in a pan
  3. add the prawns and cook on a low heat for 3 minutes
  4. add lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh red chilli & parsley and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, covered with a lid
  5. add the Pasta Factory Italian Herb Sauce & stir all together gently
  6. cover and simmer for another 5 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated through
  7. season with salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
  8. add the fresh Penne to your boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes or until al dente
  9. drain the Tagliatelle & add the sauce.
  10. serve with a slice of lemon & fresh coriander, if you like
