Rosa Prawns with Tagliatelle pasta

Try this delicious, simple, seafood pasta meal for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta Factory fresh Tagliatelle or any other shape you love
- 100 g prawns shelled
- 20 ml olive oil extra virgin is best
- 1 g fresh red chilli, sliced optional
- 110 ml Pasta Factory Italian Herb Sauce or you can make your own
- 3 g lemon zest wash lemon before zesting
- 5 g fresh parsley finely chopped
- 3 ml lemon juice
- to taste salt & pepper
- 1 each lemon wedge5
- leaves coriander to garnish
Instructions
- bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- in the meantime, tap the prawns dry on kitchen paper and warm the olive oil slightly, in a pan
- add the prawns and cook on a low heat for 3 minutes
- add lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh red chilli & parsley and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, covered with a lid
- add the Pasta Factory Italian Herb Sauce & stir all together gently
- cover and simmer for another 5 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated through
- season with salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
- add the fresh Penne to your boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes or until al dente
- drain the Tagliatelle & add the sauce.
- serve with a slice of lemon & fresh coriander, if you like
