Linguine Caprese

  • 100 g Fresh Pasta Factory Linguine pasta or make your own
  • 30 g Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 30 g bocconcini mozzarella balls
  • 40 ml Pasta Factory Basil & Parsley Pesto or make your own
  • 5 leaves fresh basil washed & finely cut
  • 0.5 TBS olive oil extra virgin to taste salt & pepper & chilli


  1. Boil the fresh Linguine al dente (I minute in salted, boiling water)
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes, pat dry & cut into halves Cut bocconcini balls into half Finely cut washed basil leaves into strips
  3. Drain the pasta, place into warm, deep pasta plate & in this case, drizzle with olive oil
  4. Mix the Pesto into the pasta and then top with cherry tomatoes, bocconcini & basil leaves
  5. Add salt, pepper and chilli to taste
