And while we may call ourselves a “factory,” the truth is that every batch of pasta we create is a blend of tradition, technology, and a whole lot of passion.
It Starts with the Best Ingredients
Great pasta begins with simple, honest ingredients. We use 100% durum wheat semolina for that golden colour and perfect al dente bite. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just pure, quality flour, fresh eggs (for our egg pasta range), and a pinch of love straight from our Cape Town kitchen.
The Magic of the Machines
Here’s where the fun begins! Our new ravioli machine folds and seals each little pocket of flavour with precision — every bite is packed with creamy fillings like butternut, spinach & ricotta, or classic beef. Meanwhile, our shiny new automatic pasta cutter slices tagliatelle and pappardelle into long, silky ribbons faster than you can say buon appetito.
The best part? These machines don’t replace the heart of what we do — they enhance it. Every shape still starts with our team’s hands, carefully mixing and rolling the dough before our machines take over to keep things consistent (and speedy enough to keep up with Cape Town’s carb cravings!).

Once your pasta, pizzas, or ready-made meals are prepared, we freeze them at peak freshness to lock in flavour. That means when you pop our gnocchi into boiling water or slide a Margherita pizza into the oven, you’re getting the same quality we’d serve at our own table.
