
Crispy Pan-Fried Gnocchi with Garlic Butter & Parmesan

Ingredients:

300g Pasta Factory Potato Gnocchi

2 tbsp butter (or olive oil)

1 clove garlic, minced
-
A handful of fresh herbs (sage, thyme, or parsley work beautifully)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Grated Parmesan (to serve)

Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice or a drizzle of cream
Method:

Boil the gnocchi in salted water for 2–3 minutes or until they float. Drain well.

In a large non-stick pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Toss in the drained gnocchi and pan-fry for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.

Season with salt, pepper, and toss in your herbs.

Serve hot, topped with Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon or splash of cream if you like it richer.
