Ready in 15 minutes | Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 300g Pasta Factory Potato Gnocchi

  • 2 tbsp butter (or olive oil)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • A handful of fresh herbs (sage, thyme, or parsley work beautifully)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Grated Parmesan (to serve)

  • Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice or a drizzle of cream

Method:

  1. Boil the gnocchi in salted water for 2–3 minutes or until they float. Drain well.

  2. In a large non-stick pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Toss in the drained gnocchi and pan-fry for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.

  5. Season with salt, pepper, and toss in your herbs.

  6. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon or splash of cream if you like it richer.

🍴 Serving Tip:

Pair it with a leafy green salad or roasted cherry tomatoes for a full, balanced meal.
