Creamy Chicken & Mushroom with Pesto

  • 100 g Pasta Factory Fusilli or any other fresh pasta shape
  • 100 g chicken strips cut into strips
  • 100 ml Pasta Factory Mushroom Sauce
  • 40 ml Pasta Factory Basil & Parsley Pesto
  • 20 ml olive oil extra virgin is best
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese grated to taste
  • salt & pepper


  1. Heat a large pot of salted water
  2. in the meantime, cut the chicken into strips & fry in olive oil in pan till cooked through
  3. add Pasta Factory Mushroom Sauce to fried chicken and stir
  4. heat for about 3 minutes or until heated through, add salt & pepper to taste
  5. add the fresh pasta to the boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes or until al dente
  6. drain the pasta immediately and serve with sauce
  7. top with Pasta factory Pesto and grated Parmesan cheese
