Creamy Chicken & Mushroom with Pesto

Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta Factory Fusilli or any other fresh pasta shape
- 100 g chicken strips cut into strips
- 100 ml Pasta Factory Mushroom Sauce
- 40 ml Pasta Factory Basil & Parsley Pesto
- 20 ml olive oil extra virgin is best
- 30 g Parmesan cheese grated to taste
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large pot of salted water
- in the meantime, cut the chicken into strips & fry in olive oil in pan till cooked through
- add Pasta Factory Mushroom Sauce to fried chicken and stir
- heat for about 3 minutes or until heated through, add salt & pepper to taste
- add the fresh pasta to the boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes or until al dente
- drain the pasta immediately and serve with sauce
- top with Pasta factory Pesto and grated Parmesan cheese
