
Better-Than-Takeout Ramen

Made with Pasta Factory Ramen Noodles
Warm, comforting, and full of flavour - ready in under 15 minutes.
You’ll need (for 2 servings):
1 pack Pasta Factory Ramen Noodles (300g)
2 cups chicken stock
1 tsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
1 cooked chicken breast (sliced)
2 eggs
A few bamboo shoots or baby corn (optional)
1 sheet of seaweed
Spring onion or chives (chopped)
How to make it:
Boil the eggs for 6 minutes, then cool in cold water and peel.
Make the broth: Heat chicken stock with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then drain.
Assemble: Add noodles to bowls, pour over hot broth, and top with sliced chicken, egg halves, bamboo shoots, nori, and spring onion.
