350g Readymade meal: cooked cous cous topped with moroccan tagine curry.

Cous cous, water, coconut milk, butternut, tomato paste, sugar, onions, potatoes, cauliflower, dried apricots, chickpeas, ginger, carrots, cinnamon, cumin, garlic, sunflower oil, paprika, chili flakes, coriander, parsley, black pepper, salt. COMPOUND INGREDIENTS: coconut milk [contains: coconut milk (contain: coconut extracted, modified starch, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, carrageenan, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, sodium
metabisulphite, water], tomato paste [contains: tomato, salt].

Pour content into pot & heat on medium heat until hot. OR pierce film and microwave for 3 minutes on high or until hot. Cooking times are guidelines only.

8 days refrigerated ( between 1 and 5°C), 3 months frozen (below -7°C). Use on the day of opening.
