1kg Pasta sheets unpasteurized

Durum wheat semolina flour, water.

Use uncooked sheets to assemble layers of your lasagne, make cannelloni or any other filled pasta. Bake for at least 40 minutes and with sufficient liquid for pasta to absorb. Or pre-cook sheets for 2-3 minutes to decrease the baking time. Can be cooked from frozen. Cooking times are guidelines only.
