Cauliflower, chickpea flour, water, eggs, pea fibre, xanthan gum, salt, preservatives: ascorbic acid, potassium sorbate.
Bring large pot of salted water to the boil. Place noodles into water and boil again. Cook pasta for 1-2 minutes or until al dente. Stir occassionally. Drain noodles and toss with Pasta Factory sauce, olive oil or butter. Serve immediately. Can be cooked from frozen. Cooking times are are guidelines only.
