1kg Square Pasta parcels filled with cheese

Wheat flour, durum wheat flour, eggs, water, milk, cheddar, mozzarella, pecorino, ricotta, potato flakes, pea fibre, salt, white pepper. COMPOUND INGREDIENTS: Cheddar [contains: full cream milk, cheese culture, calcium chloride, sodium nitrate, vegetable rennet, colourant, salt], mozzarella cheese [contains: milk, salt, preservative (sodium nitrate), non animal rennet, cheese cultures], pecorino cheese [contains: milk, cheese cultures, calcium chloride, snzymes, anti-caking agent, preservative (pimaricin), salt, microbial rennet], ricotta cheese [contains: cow’s milk, salt, citric acid], potato flakes [contains: dehydrated potatoes, emulsifier, antioxidants, (E304) acidity regulator, spice, natural flavour].

Bring medium pot of salted water to the boil. Add ravioli into the pot, bring back to boil and simmer gently for about 1 minute. Stir occassionally. Drain and toss with Pasta Factory sauce, olive oil or butter. Serve immediately. Can be cooked from frozen. Cooking times are guidelines only.
