Is fast food always unhealthy?
Our topic ‘Good Food on the go’ is aimed at those of us who lead very busy lives, hopping from meeting to meeting. We only ever have time to grab a deli sandwich, (which can be loaded with calories and bad stuff) – or other fast food.
Just to give you a few examples:

You may grab what you think is a harmless looking sandwich from the supermarket. This can also contain more calories than the aforementioned burger. The source of much of the badness is processed foods, high in fat, salt and dressings.
So, how do you choose a tasty but healthy lunch if you really don’t have time to cook?

There are so many websites that advise you to ‘make time’, ‘be organised’ and prepare a week’s worth of meals on Sunday meaning you just need to pack your super-healthy food into your lunch box. This is great in an ideal world. However, I know there are some of you out there who really don’t have the time or the inclination after dealing with work, kids and everything else in between!
Luckily the Pasta Factory has done the hard work for you and prepared delicious fresh soups, sauces and ready meals you can heat up easily in the microwave for a quick nutritious lunch!
Otherwise, if you do decide to grab a quick bite to eat, make sure you check the ingredients on the packaging first – if the list is longer than your arm and has lots of strange numbers in it, go for something else!
