  1. Boil the fresh Linguine al dente (I minute in salted, boiling water)
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes, pat dry & cut into halves Cut bocconcini balls into half Finely cut washed basil leaves into strips
  3. Drain the pasta, place into warm, deep pasta plate & in this case, drizzle with olive oil
  4. Mix the Pesto into the pasta and then top with cherry tomatoes, bocconcini & basil leaves Add salt, pepper and chilli to taste
